At a Konami press conference, an announcement was made for there new Nintendo DS release, Enchanted Folk and the School of Wizardry. As from the looks, this game looks like it is based off of a mixture of Animal Crossing and a Harry Potter type of look.

According to literature we got from Konami you'll be able to interact with and make friends (and even boyfriends and girlfriends) with the other 100 school students, as well as solving mysteries, while trying to earn your magician's licence and the title of "master wizard." You'll also be able to send your character to other DSes as part of a "school exchange."
Making boyfriends and girlfriends also sounds like a Harvest Moon type of play as well. Well, until further detail, Enchanted Folk and the School of Wizardry is set to release Q1 2009 for Europe!
